Life seems to never ever hesitate in giving me things to do. If life is easy on you, then call me I will give you something to do. I do want to thank every single person in my life at this exact moment. Since I started writing my blog, I have been overwhelmed with the support from so many directions. Happiness - How to find it, and how to keep it.

Robert Waldinger - Harvard Study
Harvard pushed out a happiness study. The research that was produced in this study was phenomenal. They studied 720 men from all walks of life. I was watching the information at the end of my seat. Not only did they do surveys but they implemented many other different aspects like medical exams. There was only one thing that always determined whether someone was happy or not, and that was whether or not they had good relationships.

The information is incredible. I started to look back on my own life.
When I was unhappy and miserable, I didn't really have any good relationships. When I was happy but still had the same problems, I had very good relationships with my family, friends, coworkers.
Think about your life. Are you happy?
If your answer is no, this study may be able to help you and give you hope. The relationships were not specific. That means today can be your day to start a better life. Relationships can be your key.

A.Levesque #34 - If you think you are getting old, you are only 34.

The weekend is here, and I am finally 34. October 20, 1984.

34. What do you see when you look at my number?

Do you think I am old?
Do you think I am young?
Do you think I am successful?
Do you think I am "where I should be?"

Think of all the preconditions that you think when I tell you I am 34.

Before we start, I don't really mind what you think of me and my age. I don't judge. Especially your thoughts and opinions, I spend time trying to understand your thoughts and opinions.

You look at what I have done, and what I haven't done in the time I have been here. You make opinions on how well my life is going at 34 or how well it isn't at this point.

Then we transfer this thought over to ourselves. You think about what you were doing at 34, or what you will do when you are 34. This morning was oh my goodness, I am 34. I remember when my mom was 34. Before you know it my kids are going to be 34.
