Today's Thoughts...

Routine of Absolute Misery

How much can you take?
Suffering in silence, hurting by yourself, and being absolutely sick and tired of being sick and tired can you relate to that?

Day in and day out there becomes a routine of absolute misery.  People all over are negative. The media pushes everything that is negative.  The ideas that you had of happiness are so far gone that you have literally just given up.  You have responsibilities like house payments and child support.

Somehow people are getting stuck in this idea that things have to suck.

How many times have you been told no?

No, you should not do that.
No, you cannot do that.
I wouldn't do that.
What are you thinking?
I cannot believe you did that.
Can you believe she did that?

Try with all your might just one time to listen to yourself and not all the people trying to hold you back.  Start doing those things.  It is possible that you can be happy.

Lets me repeat it for the back, IT IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO BE HAPPY.

Becoming happy is a mindset.  It involves many things.  One of those things is being able to say I am wrong, I did wrong, I think wrong, I was wrong (did I say it enough).  Every successful person takes accountability for what they have done.  That is the first step to really being happy.  If you have a successful marriage (not just on the outside) both people take accountability for themselves.  In business, good managers take accountability instead of shifting the blame to other people.

Accountability is just the beginning.
It is never about what you do wrong, it is whether you continue to do it wrong.  People are allowed to make mistakes.  People are allowed to lose their way.  That is the great part of life is the lessons we get to learn.  In order to learn a lesson, you must live it.  You cannot learn forgiveness and walk around angry at your mom.  It just doesn't work like that.

You must learn to take accountability for yourself and your life lessons.  Embracing them makes the process much less painful.  Communicating your way through these stresses of your life make it easier not just on you but everyone around you.  Ever see that jerk at the store making everyone's life miserable, you impact those around you.

This message is not solely directed at just young people.  They are not the only ones who need help.  I will not sit here with the older people and look down at young people.  The reason they don't practice happiness is that their parents don't practice happiness.  I have watched 45-year-old women learn lessons I learned when I was 15.  Just because you are older doesn't mean that you are any wiser than the 25-year-old standing next to you.  This is the meaning behind, age is nothing but a number.

Just so you know most people end up broke with nowhere to go at some point in their life.  Everyone has their own "rock bottom."  I've seen it happen to 55-year-olds that end up homeless or 20-year-olds that end up in jail.  If you are finding yourself in this crossroad of life, I am going to say learn.

Learn what life is trying to teach you. That is all you have.  Every person who speaks great wisdom knows that this life is just a journey of learning.  Once you learn something, it can all change.

If you end up all alone and have to figure it out on your own, I hope I help.

Change is the only thing that is constant.
Change your mind about being happy.
Change your circles to bring you happiness.
Change your habits to create happiness.
Then when you create that you can start to really focus on enjoying life.

Stop believe you cannot do things.  You can do it all.

Thanks so much for reading.  Been really busy fighting with my schedule.  Keep learning.  Keep reading.  Find me on twitter (lol still don't get it).
